It feels like I have been cleaning ALL DAY, but I haven't. The house is now polished and shining clean. Woohooo. I applied the 15/15 rule when doing the cleaning which helped a lot, i.e. 15 minutes cleaning and 15 minutes doing fun stuff. It comes from The FlyLady. If I would have been a real FlyBaby, I would only have had to clean for 15 minutes in total, but as I am not I cleaned actively for about 2 hours. It is really nice when it is done though!!

Only 1 day, 10 hours, and 2 minutes left now!! I cannot hardly wait. J called today and said that yesterday she missed me so much so she already started packing. Nice! I liked that.

After all the cleaning I was beat and ate some food (the very last of my stew. I actually ate it twice today, both for lunch and for dinner. But now it is gone.... Watched Agent Cody Banks. Rather entertaining movie. I liked it, and that is good as J is going to force me to watch it again with her :-) Grade: 4 out of 5 pepper corns.

During my cleaning pauses I read some more in the first of my nanotechnology books. Very interesting indeed. Highly recommended reading.

Listened some more on Per Gessle's new album and I must say that you get tired of it quite quickly. It is not really Gyllene Tider quality. Downloaded some U2 and some more U96 during the day as well!

It is now 22:20 and I heading for bed!!

In August 2002 I decided that I had wasted enough time on computer games (quite a lot of time actually over the years). I was a real gameoholic that just HAD to play computers games. Anyhow, I have spent some time on Quake (which nerd hasn't?) and today I found a movie of some guys playing through all episodes in 12 minutes. I am guessing they are cheating a bit and the final movie is cut together from several tries, but it is still impressive to see them do it. The movie is 165 MB and behind my slow up-link, but download it you really really like to. Here: Galen snubbe spelar igenom Quake 1 på 12 minuter.avi.

Just watched the most lovely Swedish drama/comedy called "Grabben i graven bredvid" about librarian Desirée and her new love, Benny. Desire is ashamed about Benny as he is a farmer. The movie is filmed in Luleå which makes it even more interesting. I loved it.

Lou: I went to the McDonalds over in Shelbyville the other day.
Chief Wiggum: The Mc-what?
Lou: Yeah, I never heard of it either but they say they have over 2000
locations in this state alone.
Eddie: Hmm...Must've sprung up over night.
Lou: But you know, its the little differences.
Chief Wiggum: Example?
Lou: Well at a McDonalds you can get a Krusty Burger with cheese. But they
don't call it a Krusty Burger with cheese.
Chief Wiggum: Get out! What do they call it?
Lou: A quarter pounder with cheese.
Chief Wiggum: Quarter pounder with cheese...well I can see the cheese but?
Hey, do they have Krusty's Partially Gelatinated Gum-Based beverages?
Lou: Yeah, they call them 'shakes.'
Eddie: *Pfft* 'Shakes.' You don't know what you're gettin'.

:-) Thanks Jalle.

Yesterday I complained about a movie. Today I am going to you an recommendation, The Tuxedo. Here Jackie Chan is at his best with a twist. Want to see a a good and fun action movie. See The Tuxedo.

I am so disappointed in movies sometimes. You watch the trailer and think, Hey cool, I HAVE to see this movie and then when you watch it you get soooooo disappointed. One such movie is Joy Ride. They showed all the cool parts in the trailer and then the movie sucked big time. DO NOT SEE THIS MOVIE.

I just found out that my all time favorite TV show Coupling is being remade in the US by NBC. The original is from UK and one might wonder why they just cannot air the original instead of remaking it. NBC has so far released a 4.28 min. "trailer" and all the characters are almost identical and so is the typical bar where they always hang out. It looked very good though, but still it isn't the original. It never is, is it?

I just saw Jackass the Movie and these guys are really crazy. It is really amazing what these guys are prepared to go through. E.g. getting shot with a beanbag from a real shotgun, electrifying their balls, golf car stock racing, and much much more. If you enjoy people getting hurt then see this movie.
