Jag brukar ha dem som utflyktsmat utan n\u00e5got p\u00e5l\u00e4gg eller som tilltugg till en god soppa. N\u00e5got underj\u00e4st (se nederdelen av br\u00f6det). <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredienser <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>650 g hela r\u00e5gk\u00e4rnor av Svedjer\u00e5g (eller ta vanlig r\u00e5g eller r\u00e5gkross)<\/li><li>450 g + 800 g finmalt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l fullkorn p\u00e5 Svedjer\u00e5g <\/li><li>1 dl matad och aktiv surdeg <\/li><li>6 dl vatten + eventuellt lite mer vatten (se nedan)  <\/li><li>35 gram rosa salt <\/li><li>solros-, sesam- och\/eller pumpafr\u00f6n som dekoration <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instruktioner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dag 1 morgon<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>H\u00e4ll kokande vatten \u00f6ver de hela r\u00e5gk\u00e4rnorna s\u00e5 att de t\u00e4cks i en st\u00e4ngbar burk och st\u00e4ll i kylen efter de svalnat. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dag 2 morgon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mata surdegen <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dag 2 kv\u00e4ll<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Blanda surdegen med 6 dl ljummet vatten och blanda i 450 g finmalt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l. <\/li><li>L\u00e5t st\u00e5 framme n\u00e5gra timmar och st\u00e4ll sedan kallt \u00f6ver natten. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dag 3 morgon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>H\u00e4ll av vattnet fr\u00e5n de hela r\u00e5gk\u00e4rnorna i en bunke. Fyll p\u00e5 med vatten eller ta bort v\u00e4tska s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r 7 dl. <\/li><li>Blanda i salt. <\/li><li>Blanda i f\u00f6rdegen fr\u00e5n dag 2. <\/li><li>Blanda i de hela r\u00e5gk\u00e4rnorna. <\/li><li>Blanda i 800 g finmalt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l. <\/li><li>Du kommer nu att ha en ganska kletig deg\/massa. <\/li><li>Olja 3 formar och fyll formarna till 2\/3 med deg med hj\u00e4lp av en slev. <\/li><li>Snygga till ytan med en spatel. <\/li><li>Dekorera rikligt med olika fr\u00f6n, t.ex. sesam-, pumpa- och solrosfr\u00f6n.   <\/li><li>L\u00e5t br\u00f6den j\u00e4sa 6-8 h. De ska ha vuxit ca 1\/3 och ha b\u00f6rjat spricka \u00f6verst. Beh\u00f6ver de mer tid f\u00f6r j\u00e4sning s\u00e5 stressa inte. L\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa p\u00e5. Om de inte f\u00e5r j\u00e4sa tillr\u00e4ckligt s\u00e5 kommer de att se underbakade ut n\u00e4r de \u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga. Som sagt, stressa inte! <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dag 3 em\/kv\u00e4ll <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader utan varmluft. <\/li><li>Nagga br\u00f6den \u00f6verst f\u00f6r att slippa luftficka under skorpan \u00f6verst. <\/li><li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i totalt 80 minuter. <ol><li>S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 180 efter 10 minuter. <\/li><li>Efter 60 minuter s\u00e5 ta ut br\u00f6den ur formarna och gr\u00e4dda p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r fin yta runtom. <\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>L\u00e5t br\u00f6den svalna invirade i dukar. Sk\u00e4r inte upp dem direkt! Det \u00e4r tufft f\u00f6r de ser s\u00e5 goda ut. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dag 4 morgon<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njut av dina fina br\u00f6d! De kommer att vara mycket saftiga.
