Dvs, inga kakor, godis etc utan bara socker som finns i mat (inklusive fruktsocker). Anledningen &auml;r jag m&aring;r s&aring; d&aring;ligt av slutet av sockerkicken  man f&aring;r och jag blir p&aring; s&aring; d&aring;ligt hum&ouml;r. Om jag &auml;ter riktigt mycket godis p&aring; en g&aring;ng blir jag faktiskt lite yr och synen blir dimmig. Undrar om det &auml;r bara jag eller om fler har det s&aring;. Sj&auml;lvklart hade jag inte det f&ouml;r 10 &aring;r sedan utan det kommer med &aring;ldern.
