Degen kommer att vara ganska l\u00f6s. <\/li><li>L\u00e5t vila 30min. <\/li><li>Tills\u00e4tt salt och olja och blanda ihop tills du inte ser\/k\u00e4nner saltet l\u00e4ngre. <\/li><li>L\u00e5t vila 45 min. Vik ihop degen ca 4 g\u00e5nger. Upprepa 3-4 g\u00e5nger. <\/li><li>St\u00e4ll i kylen och l\u00e5t vila 24h. <\/li><li>Ta ut degen och dela i 4 klumpar p\u00e5 250-260g (v\u00e4g hela degen och dela p\u00e5 4 f\u00f6r r\u00e4tt m\u00e5tt). Dreva ihop klumparna till fina runda degbollar och l\u00e4gg i burkar. Str\u00f6 lite mj\u00f6l ovanp\u00e5. Det g\u00f6r inget om de r\u00f6r varandra i burken. <\/li><li> St\u00e4ll i kylen och l\u00e5t vila 24h.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r pizzor <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Koka en tomats\u00e5s p\u00e5 hela tomater p\u00e5 burk. Smaks\u00e4tt med basilika, salt, svartpeppar och vad du nu gillar. Reducera den s\u00e5 den blir ganska torr. Bl\u00f6t s\u00e5s g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rare att gr\u00e4dda pizzan. <\/li><li>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 Ooni-ugnen. Den ska v\u00e4rma minst 15 min och vara 400+ i mitten p\u00e5 stenen. <\/li><li>P\u00e5 en mj\u00f6lad b\u00e4nk ta ut en degklump och tryck ut den med h\u00e4nderna med fingrarna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da h\u00e4nderna formade till ett v. V\u00e4nd p\u00e5 degen flera g\u00e5nger. L\u00e5t gravitationen hj\u00e4lpa dig genom att l\u00e4gga den p\u00e5 knogarna en kort stund. <\/li><li>L\u00e4gg mannagryn p\u00e5 en tr\u00e4spade. Borsta av degen med en mjuk borste. och f\u00f6rs\u00f6k borta av undersidan ocks\u00e5 genom att v\u00e4nda pizzan. <\/li><li>L\u00e4gg pizzan p\u00e5 spaden och kolla att den r\u00f6r sig fritt genom att skada p\u00e5 spaden l\u00e4tt. Om den inte r\u00f6r sig s\u00e5 lyft l\u00e4tt bl\u00e5s f\u00f6r att den ska lossna. H\u00e4ll dit lite mer mannagryn. <\/li><li>Dags f\u00f6r p\u00e5l\u00e4ggen. L\u00e5t inte pizzan ligga efter du b\u00f6rjat l\u00e4gga dit s\u00e5sen f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir det sv\u00e5rare att gr\u00e4dda. <\/li><li> Smeta ut tomats\u00e5sen med en sked. <\/li><li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 riven ost. <\/li><li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 topping efter smak. Se nedan. Obs inte f\u00f6r mycket. <\/li><li>L\u00e5t pizzan glida in i ugnen och v\u00e4nd den flera g\u00e5nger. Jag brukar ta ut hela pizzan med en metallspade och vrida den med handen och sedan stoppa in den igen. Kanten ska v\u00e4xa och f\u00e5 precis lagom mycket f\u00e4rg. <\/li><li>Plocka ut och servera direkt! Njut! <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 topping <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tomats\u00e5s, riven ost, mozzarella, en skv\u00e4tt olivolja och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 basilika efter gr\u00e4ddning <\/li><li>Tomats\u00e5s, riven ost, l\u00f6k, gr\u00f6n paprika, bacon <\/li><li>Cr\u00e8me fraiche eller fast yoghurt, salt, peppar, tunt skivat p\u00e4ron<\/li><li>Tomats\u00e5s, riven ost, skivad zucchini<\/li><li>Tomats\u00e5s, riven ost, skinka, ananas <\/li><li>Tomats\u00e5s, riven ost, tunt skivad l\u00f6k, en god salami i tunna skivor, peperoni (Fontanas starka p\u00e5 burk \u00e4r bra). <\/li><li> Tomats\u00e5s, riven ost, soltorkad tomat, peperoni och en skiva tomat i mitten. <\/li><li>Fast yoghurt, f\u00e4rsk rabarber i sm\u00e5bitar, socker eller s\u00f6tstr\u00f6 &#8211; gr\u00e4dda och \u00e4t kall. <\/li><li>Etc. etc. etc.  experimentera sj\u00e4lv!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure
