L\u00e4gg b\u00f6norna bredvid. Salta.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Mangosalsa&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacka r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och ingef\u00e4ra.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Dela mangon i 1\/2 cm bitar utan skal.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm en kastrull.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i socker och vin\u00e4ger. L\u00e5t koka upp.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i l\u00f6k och ingef\u00e4ra. L\u00e5t koka n\u00e5gon minut.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i mangon.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme utan lock i ca 30 minuter (tills det \u00f6vriga \u00e4r klart). &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Bulgur&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka vitl\u00f6k, l\u00f6k och chilifrukt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Hacka tomaterna.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm en bred panna med h\u00f6g kant.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i lite olja och bryn vitl\u00f6k, l\u00f6k och chilifrukt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i bulguren och l\u00e5t steka n\u00e5gon minut.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i tomaterna och r\u00f6r om.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver 6 dl vatten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Salta.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t koka under lock i ca 15 minuter. Kolla s\u00e5 det inte kokar torrt. Bulguren &#8220;suger&#8221; upp mycket vatten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Biffarna del 2&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de rostade gr\u00f6nsakerna i en matberedare och hacka grovt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i br\u00f6det, \u00e4gg, och ca 1\/2 dl mj\u00f6l.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Salta och peppra.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Blanda till en grov smet. Blir den f\u00f6r l\u00f6s s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg i mer br\u00f6d och\/eller mj\u00f6l. Smeten ska vara tjock men inte torr.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm en stekpanna med rikligt med olja.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Klicka ut smeten i pannan. Ca 6 sm\u00e5 biffar mer omg\u00e5ng. Stek ca 2 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Voil\u00e1. Njut.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ps.
