L\u00e5t st\u00e5 30 minuter.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r paprikorna i platta st\u00f6rre bitar.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och bryn i sm\u00f6r i en kastrull. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver de krossade tomaterna och l\u00e5t puttra 20 minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Blir den f\u00f6r tjock s\u00e5 sp\u00e4d ut med vatten. Den ska dock vara ganska tjock.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp en grillpanna (r\u00e4fflad botten) eller en vanlig gjutj\u00e4rnspanna med raspoljan och stek paprikabitarna p\u00e5 varje sida till de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg (n\u00e4stan br\u00e4nd). Inget \u00f6verlapp.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Torka av auberginskivorna och stek \u00e4ven dem. Inget \u00f6verlapp.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll det kokta riset i en ugnsform.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver 1\/3 av tomats\u00e5sen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ut auberginen s\u00e5 att skivorna t\u00e4cker riset.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ut paprikorna s\u00e5 att bitarna t\u00e4cker auberginen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 resten av tomats\u00e5sen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck all med osten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 25-30 minuter tills det f\u00e5tt en m\u00f6rk fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Voil\u00e1!
