Vi brukar alltid ha lite &#8220;slattar&#8221; och sm\u00e5bitar i frysen f\u00f6r n\u00f6dsituationer men denna g\u00e5ng var det helt slut! Vidare som ni vet s\u00e5 g\u00e5r jag inte bara och k\u00f6per br\u00f6d (dels f\u00f6r att det oftast inte \u00e4r speciellt gott och f\u00f6r att det kostar s\u00e5 otroligt mycket att k\u00f6pa ett nybakat br\u00f6d) s\u00e5 vi r\u00e4ddade fredagens kv\u00e4llsmat genom att g\u00f6r scones samtidigt som surdegen som jag matat under torsdagen v\u00e4xte till sig och bubblade fint. Innan jag gick och lade mig ig\u00e5r s\u00e5 satte jag lite grund till baguetter som kommer att bli klara i eftermiddag samt s\u00e5 satte jag nu p\u00e5 morgonen p\u00e5 en sk\u00e5llning av r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l s\u00e5 jag i eftermiddag kan g\u00f6ra mitt m\u00f6rka godaste br\u00f6d!<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det i alla fall dags att g\u00f6ra f\u00f6rsta dragningen och vikningen av baguettedegen! S\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5. Seg och fin \u00e4r den.
