Kl\u00e5dda \u00e4r ett norrl\u00e4ndsk tunnbr\u00f6d som \u00e4r lite s\u00f6tare och definitivt inte nyttigt. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser till ca 35-40 stycken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 pkt j\u00e4st (50g)<\/li>\n<li>1 dl sirap<\/li>\n<li>125 g sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 msk salt<\/li>\n<li>1.25 kg r\u00e5gsikt<\/li>\n<li>0.25 kg vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>0.25 kg kornmj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bakning:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>K\u00f6r ihop allt i en assistent (ta mj\u00f6len sist) och blanda tills du f\u00e5r en j\u00e4mn och fast deg.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i 1h.<\/li>\n<li>Dela degen i ca 4cm i diameter stora bollar (prova dig fram g\u00e4llande storleken). Lagom vikt hos mig \u00e4r 70 gram per degbit.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm en (eller tv\u00e5) gjutj\u00e4rnspanna.<\/li>\n<li>Kavla ut bullarna till lagom stora &#8220;pannkakor&#8221; som matchar storleken p\u00e5 70% av stekpannan. Anv\u00e4nd med f\u00f6rdel kruskavel men har du ingen s\u00e5 nagga dem med en gaffel efter kavlingen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t ligga 5 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda kl\u00e5ddorna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna tills de f\u00e5tt en fin gul-brun f\u00e4rg. Ca 1 minut p\u00e5 varje sida.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Voil\u00e1! Servera dem varma med sm\u00f6r och eventuellt ost.
