{"id":2147,"date":"2009-11-14T20:37:34","date_gmt":"2009-11-14T20:37:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.parnes.com\/wordpress\/index.php\/2009\/11\/14\/recept_peters_hostkycklingryta\/"},"modified":"2009-11-14T20:37:34","modified_gmt":"2009-11-14T20:37:34","slug":"recept_peters_hostkycklingryta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.parnes.com\/blog\/index.php\/2009\/11\/14\/recept_peters_hostkycklingryta\/","title":{"rendered":"Recept: Peters h\u00f6stkycklingryta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet p\u00e5 min h\u00f6stkycklingryta som jag gjorde tidigare i veckan.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 stora kycklingbr\u00f6st (ca 1 kg)<\/li>\n<li>4 mor\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>3 l\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>5 klyftor vitl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 palsternacka<\/li>\n<li>1 rotselleri<\/li>\n<li>1 bit r\u00f6kt k\u00f6tt (ca 200 gram)<\/li>\n<li>4-5 starka korvar (typ M\u00f6llers chorizo)<\/li>\n<li>1 msk gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 n\u00e4ve mandlar<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6r till stekning<\/li>\n<li>olja till rostning av n\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tillredning:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r kyckling i 1cm stora kuber\/bitar<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt en stor gryta p\u00e5 v\u00e4rming (ca 5l)<\/li>\n<li>Stek kycklingen i sm\u00f6r s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg och l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i grytan. Har du en mindre stekpanna s\u00e5 stek kycklingen i omg\u00e5ngar. L\u00e5t kycklingen puttra i grytan. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite vatten om v\u00e4tskan tar slut.<\/li>\n<li>Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k tills den blivit gyllengul och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver i grytan.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp lite olja i stekpannan och h\u00e4ll i n\u00f6tterna och l\u00e5t dem f\u00e5 ordentligt med f\u00e4rg. De ska <i>n\u00e4stan<\/i> bli br\u00e4nda. H\u00e4ll i dem i grytan.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och sk\u00e4r mor\u00f6tterna i 0.5cm tjocka skivor och l\u00e4gg dem i grytan.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r palsternacka och rotselleri och l\u00e4gg i grytan.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten s\u00e5 att allt \u00e4r t\u00e4ckt och l\u00e4gg i buljongen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t koka upp och sedan puttra i ca 30 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Voil\u00e1.
