Jag tog inspiration fr\u00e5n ett flertal olika recept jag hittade p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet och resultatet blev f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parnes.com\/blog\/090514 - 1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parnes.com\/blog\/090514 - 1-tm.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"090514 - 1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredienser f\u00f6r 3 lunchportioner:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li>5 medelstora potatisar<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 purjol\u00f6k (om den \u00e4r stor s\u00e5 tar jag bara det gr\u00f6na, dvs halva ungef\u00e4r)<\/li>\n<li>sm\u00f6r att steka i<\/li>\n<li>buljongt\u00e4rning eller liknande. Jag anv\u00e4nder Alpn\u00e4rings gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong.<\/li>\n<li>ett paket bacon<\/li>\n<li>2 dl r\u00f6da linser<\/li>\n<li>creme fraiche, 1 stor sked per portion<\/li>\n<li>salt, peppar<\/li>\n<li>1l vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Skala potatisen och sk\u00e4r i tunna skivor (4mm tjocka)<\/li>\n<li>Strimla purjol\u00f6ken (inte f\u00f6r sm\u00e5tt, det skall synas efter\u00e5t att den finns i soppan)<\/li>\n<li>Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6karna och potatisen i rikligt med sm\u00f6r i en kastrull (2l)<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och buljong, koka upp<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t puttra i 10 minuter<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll i linser och smaka av med salt och peppar (jag beh\u00f6vde inget av det faktiskt). Inte f\u00f6r mycket salt eftersom baconen har en hel del s\u00e4lta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t puttra i 10 minuter till.<\/li>\n<li>Under tiden som soppan puttrar, sk\u00e4r baconen fint och stek den n\u00e4stan knaprig.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp soppan i sk\u00e5lar, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 liten bacon och en stor klick creme fraiche.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Till detta serverade jag <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parnes.com\/blog\/2009\/04\/recept-kallarfranskor.html\">hemmabakat br\u00f6d<\/a> gratinerat med ost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parnes.com\/blog\/090514 - 2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parnes.com\/blog\/090514 - 2-tm.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"090514 - 2.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vill man hoppa \u00f6ver linserna s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg till 2-3 potatis och ta hela purjol\u00f6ken ist\u00e4llet.
